These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and vk222 ("vk222", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting information and wagering platform accessible at https://vk222.cam.

vk222 is an English-language online betting platform designed for and directed at adult users in Pakistan and internationally. The platform covers sports betting — with a primary focus on Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and combat sports — as well as live casino gaming.

vk222 does not represent, warrant or claim that online gambling is licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. It is the sole responsibility of each User to understand and comply with the gambling laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.

These Terms were last updated in 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Continued use of the platform following publication of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a User on vk222 for the purpose of accessing platform services.
• "Balance" — the total PKR (or equivalent) amount held in a User's Account, comprising deposits, withdrawable winnings and applicable bonus credits, subject to wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Credit" — any promotional credit awarded to a User, subject to wagering requirements and expiry conditions as specified in the relevant offer terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, including identity verification and, where required, source-of-funds checks.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any placement of funds on a sporting or casino market offered by vk222.
• "Eligible Market" — any sports or casino market on which the platform currently accepts wagers.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — deposit limits, session timers, loss limits, reality checks, cool-off periods and self-exclusion features available to all registered Users.

To register and maintain a vk222 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. vk222 strictly enforces adults-only access.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation does not violate any applicable local, national or provincial law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any other person.
• You have not been previously excluded from or had an account suspended on vk222 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or self-excluded from gambling services, unless that self-exclusion period has formally lapsed.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and current. You agree to promptly update your details if they change.

Each User may hold only one registered account on vk222. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vk222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void outstanding bets and forfeit any balances derived from bonus activity.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, vk222 requires Users to complete KYC verification. This process includes, at minimum, submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address, not more than three months old;
• Proof of payment method ownership (where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or where required by AML policy).

vk222 may conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at its discretion, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. Failure to cooperate with such checks may result in account suspension.

By accessing vk222, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• The platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. Gambling is not a reliable source of income and involves significant financial risk.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scrapers or any artificial means to interact with the platform, extract data or gain an unfair advantage over other Users.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or circumvent any security or access control measure on the platform.
• You will not transmit or upload any malicious code, virus or harmful content to the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and internet connection when accessing vk222.

vk222 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, where a User's conduct is deemed to be in breach of these Terms, applicable law or the spirit of fair play.

All odds on vk222 are presented in decimal format. The decimal figure represents the total return per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake. For example, decimal odds of 3.00 on a PKR 1,000 wager would return PKR 3,000 in total (PKR 2,000 profit plus the original PKR 1,000 stake) if successful.

vk222 covers the following primary markets, among others:

• Pakistan cricket — Test matches, ODI series, T20 internationals;
• PSL T20 League — group stage, knockout rounds and finals;
• ICC tournaments — World Cup, Champions Trophy, T20 World Cup;
• International and domestic football leagues;
• UFC and combat sports;
• Live casino — blackjack, roulette, baccarat, slots and live dealer tables.

In-play ("live") bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of confirmed placement. Any bet accepted after the outcome has been determined will be voided and the stake refunded.

vk222 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal channels. Pakistani users may be familiar with mobile wallet services (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), interbank payment infrastructure (such as Raast) and direct bank transfer to accounts at institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The reference to these payment providers is made for contextual familiarity only — vk222 makes no representation that any of these providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling.

Key payment conditions include:

• All deposits must be made from an account or instrument registered in the User's verified name.
• vk222 does not accept deposits from third parties or anonymous sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and operator configuration.
• Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. vk222 makes no representations as to specific processing speeds.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

From time to time, vk222 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback schemes and other incentive programmes. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credit must be wagered a specified number of times before it or any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each offer's terms.
• Eligible Markets: Not all betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Each offer specifies which markets are eligible and the contribution percentage applicable to each.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and associated wagering obligations expire after a fixed period from issuance, as stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus credit is forfeited without compensation.
• Illustrative Figures: Any PKR amounts referenced in promotional illustrations (for example, birthday reward tiers of PKR 2,000 / PKR 5,000 / PKR 10,000 or referral credits of PKR 1,000) are illustrative examples only and do not constitute live, guaranteed offers. Actual offer amounts and conditions are governed solely by current operator promotional terms.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus conditions — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering or any other artificial means — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on vk222 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to process criminally derived funds;
• Manipulation of betting markets, match-fixing or collusion with other Users or third parties;
• Using automated systems, bots or software to place bets or interact with the platform outside of normal user interaction;
• Exploitation of software errors, pricing errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harassment, abuse or intimidation of support staff or other platform users.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, vk222 reserves the right to void all related bets, suspend or permanently close the associated account, withhold and forfeit outstanding balances to the extent permitted by applicable law, and report the activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

vk222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire user base, including all players in Pakistan. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is never a guaranteed source of income and carries inherent financial risk.

The following Responsible Gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each session, after which you will be prompted to review your activity.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications about time spent and amount wagered during a session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your access to betting for a defined period without full account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

vk222 does not accept bets from persons who are self-excluded, have not met the minimum age requirement or are known to be experiencing problem gambling. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion will constitute a breach of these Terms.

All content on the vk222 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software and data compilations — is the property of vk222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation from vk222;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from platform content;
• Use the vk222 brand, logo or trademarks in any context without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vk222 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, internet connectivity issues or unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to secure credentials;
• Any loss resulting from reliance on information, odds or content published on the platform, which is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of accuracy or completeness;
• Any financial loss arising from betting or casino activity, including wagers placed in error.

vk222 may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where:

• A User is in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• vk222 suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity associated with the Account;
• A User fails to complete required KYC or AML verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require vk222 to restrict the User's access;
• The User's jurisdiction prohibits online gambling under applicable law.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining after account closure will be processed subject to standard verification and compliance procedures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which vk222 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the vk222 complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users who access the platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with Pakistan's applicable gambling laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable provincial or federal legislation. vk222 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

vk222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a platform notification or email to the registered address on your Account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
